Camps Fees
Individuals may register and be assigned to a team. Fees will include room and board (overnight campers only), instruction, and a camp shirt. The non-refundable deposit indicated below must be submitted and the balance is due one month prior to the first day of camp.
College ID Camp - Cancellation Policy: Prior to June 12, all monies EXCEPT DEPOSIT ($150 non-refundable) will be refunded. After June 12, NO REFUNDS can be processed as we will have committed our numbers to our insurance provider and Randolph-Macon College already. No refunds will be issued for any time that may be lost due to inclement weather.
Hybrid Soccer Camp - Cancellation Policy: Prior to June 1, all monies EXCEPT DEPOSIT ($100 non-refundable) will be refunded. After June 1, NO REFUNDS can be processed as we will have committed our numbers to our insurance provider and Randolph-Macon College already. No refunds will be issued for any time that may be lost due to inclement weather.
Event Cancellation Refund Policy: There are two options below If our events are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. We are asking people to choose option 1.
- We will be covering your 5.75% credit card transaction fee and just absorb that cost. We can then keep your deposit, refund the remainder of your funds if you have paid in full, and guarantee your son a spot in one future event through the summer of 2022 at the current price. This means price increases for a camp of the same model in 2021 or 2022, whichever you attend, would not affect you.
- The $150 Non-Refundable deposit (College ID Camp) and $100 Non-Refundable deposit (Hybrid Soccer Camp) will not be kept and will process a full refund of the amount paid for camp minus the 5.75% credit card processing fees.
Inclement Weather Policy
Elite Soccer Camps is not responsible for time lost during the camp due to inclement weather. No refunds will be issued. Note that we do have access to indoor facilities but not 100% unlimited access.
For overnight and extended day campers, a deposit as designated above is required to register and full payment is required one month before the start of the Residential Soccer Academy.
Roomate Information
Roommates must be listed in order of preference. It is important to remind your primary roommate request to request you as their first choice roommate as well. In the case of there being an odd number of roommates we can sometimes add a mattress (not a full bed) to a room creating a triple. Creating the triple is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
Elite Soccer Camps LLC makes every effort to honor roommate requests. There are times where not all requests can be accommodated. Camp staff has the authority to make changes to rooming assignments during camp as they see fit.
Note: Changes to roommate assignments during camp rarely occur. One example that could create a change would be if a camper was injured forcing him to leave camp. Elite Soccer Camps, LLC would reserve the right to move the roommate who has not left camp to another room, possibly creating a triple.
Please Note: Fees include a t-shirt for all campers and room/board for those choosing the overnight camp.

Transportation Request (Residential Campers Only)
Out-of-state campers may request transportation from the Richmond Airport, round trip for a fee of $40. Please submit a transportation schedule two weeks prior to the start of camp. Flight times must arrive no later than 12:00 noon on the day of check-in.
Arrangements must be made at least two weeks prior to camp.

It couldn't be easier! There is an Amtrak station (station code ASD) adjacent to our campus, and the Richmond (RVR) station is only a short taxicab ride away.
